1 Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only for items that are defective, damaged, or not as described. Custom-made, personalized, or engraved jewelry is not eligible for returns unless a manufacturing defect is present. Items must be returned in their original condition, including the original packaging, certificate of authenticity, and invoice.
2. Return Period
Customers must initiate a return request within 7 days of receiving the product. After 7 days, the item will no longer be eligible for return.
3. Process for Returns

4.Refund Eligibility
Refunds are credited only for items that meet the return criteria mentioned above. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

6. Exceptions
Refunds will not be credited for items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration. For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be credited via bank transfer, and bank account details will be required.
7.Exchanges
Exchanges are allowed only for items of the same or higher value, subject to stock availability. The exchange process follows the same return procedure.
